The company is a recognized global leader in providing innovative and reliable products to the mining and drilling industries.The National Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing their product portfolio across Canada. Responsibilities include overseeing revenue and margins, leading a sales and technical team, setting pricing strategies, and forecasting business outcomes.This position is based in North Bay, ON or Mississauga, ON.Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

• Bachelor\'s degree in construction, civil, or mining engineering, or relevant field;
• Strong consideration will be given to candidates holding an MBA.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales and management roles, with expertise in both direct and indirect sales.
• Experience in multinational environments and familiarity with matrix organizational structures is advantageous.
• Background in drilling, construction, or mining equipment sales is highly desirable.
• Financial acumen and ability to manage expenditures in alignment with budgetary constraints.
