Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals. Lead, coach, and support sales personnel, ensuring alignment with objectives and addressing performance gaps proactively. Build strong, face-to-face relationships with key accounts, ensuring clear communication between customers and the manufacturing team. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to align and execute market strategies. Fully utilize the company's CRM (Salesforce) to track and optimize customer engagement. Monitor and manage sales expenses to maximize return on investment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

, or 7-10 years of relevant industry experience. Proven leadership skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Willingness to train for underground site visits to provide technical product support in mining environments. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel up to

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on knowledge of mining operations and practices. Experience using
