What You'll Be Responsible For
Overseeing sales operations in partnership with the Assistant GM
Coaching and developing the sales team
Managing used vehicle strategy: pricing, acquisitions, velocity, aging control
New vehicle ordering, allocation planning, product mix
Marketing and merchandising of new + used inventory
Appraisal accuracy, deal support, gross retention
Ensuring strong process and CRM discipline
Must Have
Successful automotive retail sales experience
Leadership experience managing people
Strong understanding of process, pricing, training and execution
Active Class 5 Drivers License with a clean record
Great to Have
Experience managing sales in a franchised dealership
Existing connections within the auto industry (wholesalers, auctions, lenders, rooftops)
Demonstrated success scaling used volumes and improving turn rate
