Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the medical and NEMT sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the sales operations for the company. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts. Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Compensation:
Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses tied to a percentage of the profit.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical and NEMT sales. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends.
