Duties
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and account management.
Identify new business opportunities and drive business development efforts.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive leads.
Provide training and mentorship to sales staff to enhance their skills in technical sales and outside sales.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or related fields.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
