RM Auto Group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced person to join our sales management team at our Mainway Mazda dealership in Saskatoon! The individual will help lead our sales team and drive results in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.




Key Responsibilities:


• Team Leadership - Inspire and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
• Drive Sales Growth - Develop and implement effective sales strategies & processes to drive revenue growth and market share while monitoring industry trends, and market conditions.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience - Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a positive buying experience. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Lead in the Training and Development of the Sales Team - Conduct weekly training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Foster a learning environment that promotes continuous growth and development.
• Inventory Management - Work to maintain appropriate new and used inventory levels ensuring the proper units are purchased from the manufacturer, customers, and auctions.
• Monitor Performance - Track KPIs for the sales department providing reports to the management team. Take proactive measure to address any deviations from target.
• Honesty and Integrity - To act and communicate in a trustworthy and ethical manor.

• A proven track record in sales, automotive sales preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to manage, motivate and train a sales team.
• A professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
• A passion for the automotive industry.
• Results oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets..
• Prior experience with automotive desking tool, DMS is considered an asset.
