JusFres is expanding fast. We already operate fresh juice vending machines in high-traffic locations and are signing new placements every month.
We are looking for a commission-driven Sales Executive who wants uncapped upside, autonomy, and the chance to earn big by closing real deals.
If you are confident in B2B sales, can open doors, and know how to close -- this role is built for you.
What You'll Be Selling
Placement of fresh orange juice vending machines and Robot dogs from Unitree. Any other new product that the company will introduce in future
Target customers include:
Malls & property managers
Offices & corporate campuses
Gyms & fitness chains
Universities & institutions
Transit & public venues
Your imagination is our limit
Your Responsibilities
Prospect and generate your own leads
Book meetings with decision-makers
Pitch JusFres and close placement agreements
Negotiate commercial terms and revenue share
Own your deals from first contact to signed contract
Consistently hit and exceed monthly targets
Compensation (Commission-Heavy)
Base Salary: CAD $40,000 - $50,000 (lean base)
Commission:
High commission per placement closed (1000 $ per vending machine location - at least 4 per month)- ! unitree dog placement on rent or lease.
Tiered accelerators for volume closers- More than 4 machines per month we can pay 1500 per machine
Uncapped Earnings -- top performers earn significantly more
OTE: $90,000-$140,000+ depending on performance
If you close, and it is in operation for 3 months - you get paid. Simple.
Who You Are
2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations
Motivated by commission, targets, and winning
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Independent, disciplined, and accountable
Experience in vending, FMCG, retail, real estate, or food & beverage or security is a plus
