Join our family-owned Subaru dealership in London, Ontario as our next Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities:



- Manage and oversee both the New and Used Car Departments

- Collaborate with the F&I Managers to ensure profitability and success in the Business Office

- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes

- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction

- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management

Qualifications:



- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry or similar industry

- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

- Charismatic with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

- Working collaboratively with managers and staff across all dealership departments to ensure smooth teamwork and communication.

- Proficient with common computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic graphic tools like Paint, with a strong comfort level using technology in general.

- Basic math knowledge and understanding

- Thorough understanding of leasing and the key benefits it has to offer

- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

- Able to work under pressure

- Previous customer service experience with excellent customer service skills

- Professionalism and responsibility

- Valid OMVIC license

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
