SALES MANAGER
with a focus on pre-owned inventory. Denham Chrysler has been a successful Stellantis dealership in Lloydminster for over 35 years, proudly supporting the DODGE, RAM, JEEP and CHRYSLER brands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop, mentor, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through performance management and strong leadership.
Analyze market trends and sales data to develop effective sales strategies and monitor key performance indicators to adjust plans for improved results.
Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty through relationship building and follow-up.
Ensure consistent execution of dealership processes and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to drive dealership-wide success.
Assist in the management of pre-owned inventory, including evaluations, pricing, merchandising, and ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Provide accurate vehicle trade appraisals and expert guidance on vehicle selection and financing options.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum 3 years of proven success in automotive sales
Previous management experience in an automotive retail environment is preferred, but not required
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a deep understanding of sales strategies and performance metrics
Solid knowledge of inventory management, trade evaluations, and gross profit strategies
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships
High level of professionalism, organization, and time management
Valid Class 5 driver's license required.
