What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a talented sales team, driving performance and growth.

Develop and implement strategic sales goals and quotas.

Provide accurate forecasting and represent the sales department at leadership meetings.

Identify process improvements and streamline operations for maximum efficiency.

Foster team cohesion and healthy competition to achieve revenue and margin goals.

Act as the key liaison between office and sales staff, ensuring seamless communication.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record

in sales management with 5+ years of leadership experience.

Ability to think strategically and tactically--seeing the big picture while managing the details.

Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

Expertise in sales strategy, CRM platforms, and MS Office.

Growth-minded professional with significant achievements in B2B and B2C sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Langley, BC V3A 5E6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
