Hilton Toronto Downtown and Hilton Mississauga Meadowvale are seeking a Complex Group Sales Manager to join their sales team. If you\'re looking for a chance to work with Hilton corporate management, two exceptional hotels, and a dynamic team, then this opportunity is for you!

We are looking for someone with a proactive, can-do attitude, superior written and verbal communication skills, and passionate about Group Sales. This position offers the flexibility to make your "home base" out of either property. Hilton offers fantastic benefits, including an uncapped bonus structure.

About Our Hotels

The Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale is an urban Oasis in Mississauga featuring 372 guest rooms and four acres of outdoor gardens. This full-service hotel is located just around the corner from the village of Streetsville. The recently renovated meeting space offers 3184sq m of events space, 27 meeting rooms including 3 ballrooms.

The Hilton Toronto Downtown is centrally located next to Osgood Station and within a 10 minutes\xe2\x80\x99 walk of Union Station, CN Tower, Royal Ontario Museum, and CF Toronto Eaton Centre. Featuring 600 guest rooms, 1816sq m and 15 recently renovated meeting rooms, in addition to a self-contained convention floor.

What Will I be Doing?

A Complex Sales Manager with Hilton Hotels and Resorts is responsible for the development of market segments and solicitation of new customer relationships and accounts while maintaining existing relationships with current accounts. Consistently striving to maximize revenue for all areas of the hotels, through building strong business relationships and using effective negotiation and sales techniques. The cluster includes Hilton Toronto Downtown and Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale and can work from either property.

What will I be doing?

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Travel and engage in sales activities outside of the hotel, to meet with and entertain customers and prospective customers, participate in tradeshows, and industry and community events to promote facilities, make proposals, maintain contacts, and to close deals.
  • Responsibly represent the hotel when making proposals and other external sales presentations to prospective customers in order to solicit, explain, negotiate and close hotel sales. Utilize discretion and authority to negotiate contracts with customers and establish agreements with vendors.
  • Conduct site inspections and property tours with potential customers, visiting guest rooms, meeting space and banquet facilities, as well as other hotel facilities.
  • Ensure proposals and contracts are produced in line with Company standards, procedures and guidelines.
  • Attend all relevant departmental meetings as well as other scheduled meetings to support business operations.
  • In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position will be required to perform a number of administrative functions such as answering of telephones, preparing contracts and maintaining sales files.
  • Achieve and ultimately exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets
  • Support two Hilton complexed properties within the Greater Toronto Area
  • Travel to both hotels will be required as needed
  • Can be baised at either Hilton Toronto or Hilton Mississauga Meadowvale
