Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the motorcycle sales team
Drive retail sales performance, gross profit, and customer satisfaction
Ensure strong lead response, follow-up, and CRM discipline
Set daily activity expectations and hold the team accountable
Collaborate with F&I, Parts, Service, and Marketing
Support dealership events, promotions, and community engagement
Maintain Harley-Davidson standards and brand experience

Consistent achievement of sales targets
Strong showroom culture and team morale
High follow-up compliance and closing ratios
Professional customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
Proven sales management experience (automotive or powersports)
Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills
