We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a passion for sales and the ability to effectively communicate product benefits to potential clients. This role will be responsible for building our sales processes/systems from scratch.
Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products in the market.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking leads and managing accounts.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
