This role is the driving force behind our member growth. The Sales Manager's primary responsibility is
rollovers and retention -- growing active memberships across both studios.
Everything else comes second to that mission. You'll work directly alongside the Head Coaches of F45 and FS8 to ensure targets are being met, while managing and mentoring the front desk associate to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Duties
Drive membership growth across F45 and FS8 through strategic rollovers, retention, and lead conversion.
Proactively engage trial members to convert them into long-term members through personalized follow-up and relationship building.
Oversee the full sales funnel -- from lead engagement to post-trial conversion and ongoing retention strategies.
Collaborate closely with both Head Coaches to align class experiences, community initiatives, and member success with sales goals.
Manage, mentor, and support the Front Desk Associate to handle administrative and non-sales-related studio tasks.
Track, report, and analyze sales metrics to ensure performance goals are consistently met.
Participate in studio events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives to drive awareness and lead generation.
Conduct a limited number of coaching hours each week (primarily F45, potentially FS8) to maintain engagement and connection with members.
Requirements
Proven sales experience
with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets (fitness industry experience preferred).
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
credential
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Passion for fitness and familiarity with both
Pilates-style
and
high-intensity functional training
environments.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy studio environment.
Experience managing or mentoring a small team is an asset.
Comfortable with CRM systems, follow-up software, and sales tracking tools.

, starting prior to the FS8 Streetsville opening to assist with pre-sale initiatives, community outreach, and system setup.
