We are looking for an experienced and skilled

Sales Manager

to join our

Excavation Services

team. This role will source work, meet with customers to provide accurate estimates, and manage work being completed. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-minded civil estimator to join the Mann Group!

Key Qualifications

7+ years experience in civil construction or excavations. 3+ years experience sourcing work, building client relationships, and providing quotes/estimates. Previous supervisory experience a strong asset. Intermediate computer skills required (Outlook, Word, Excel). High level of accuracy, efficiency, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow up on pending issues.

Key Duties

Actively seek new opportunities through networking, cold calls, meetings, perusing tendering websites and relationship building. Attends customer sites to gather project information as required. Prepares accurate estimates & take-offs for excavations and civil projects. Meets with current clients, ensuring satisfaction for in-progress projects. Meets with field staff to ensure project success and employee satisfaction. Manages field staff including recruitment, performance management, etc.
