What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed revenue targets.
Design and refine sales processes, talk tracks, and KPIs that drive predictable, measurable performance.
Monitor individual and team results via CRM dashboards, using data to reinforce accountability and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with marketing to optimize lead flow, conversion rates, and the end-to-end customer journey.
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to maintain a strong performance culture as the business scales.
Analyze sales trends and performance data to adjust strategy and maximize outcomes.
Champion a consultative sales approach that balances customer care, urgency, and commercial results.
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience leading an inside or direct sales team in a KPI-driven environment.
Background in healthcare, wellness, or regulated products is an advantage, but not essential.
Demonstrated success using metrics, dashboards, and performance data to drive team results.
Strong CRM expertise (HubSpot experience highly regarded).
Confident communicator with excellent coaching and people-leadership skills.
