Our Edmonton team is seeking a dynamic and growth-minded Sales Manager to take the lead in identifying and securing new opportunities across emerging and existing markets. If you are energized by prospecting, chasing leads and building relationships, we may be the company for you! Key responsibilities: Prospect new clients through research, networking and cold-calling. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Assess client needs and tailor solutions to their unique requirements. Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings. Negotiate terms of sale, contracts and agreements with clients, striving to meet revenue targets and maximizing profitability for the company. Create compelling proposals and support Request for Proposal responses. Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs and strong client experiences. Job Requirements: Proven sales experience: 5 years of demonstrated success in an estimating or sales role in a service based industry. Strong communication skills: Effective communication is essential for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and articulating the value proposition of services. Prospecting skills: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold-calling. Proficient in CRM tools, pipeline management and relationship tracking. Experience with complex Request for Proposals would be an asset. Proven ability to work collaboratively with operations teams. A class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
