We're looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to take charge of our DTC sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role where results matter most. If you're a self-starter who thrives on building high-performing teams, optimizing sales funnels, and driving KPIs, this is your opportunity to make a big impact in a rapidly scaling company.

What You'll Do



Lead, coach, and develop a direct sales team--providing call scripting, training, and performance feedback. Drive conversion of inbound leads through disciplined CRM management (HubSpot). Monitor and manage KPIs: lead distribution, call times, close rates, and pipeline performance. Partner with Marketing to optimize consumer journeys through the sales funnel. Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing sales talent. Deliver consistent variance analysis and implement swift action plans to meet targets. Champion premium customer service at every stage of the buyer journey. Build and oversee multi-channel sales strategies--from virtual sales calls to in-home demos and destination shows. Foster a high-energy, goal-driven culture that consistently exceeds targets.

What We're Looking For



Proven success managing and scaling high-performance DTC sales teams. Mastery of objection handling, closing techniques, and sales training. HubSpot super-user with expertise in CRM-driven sales operations. Data-driven mindset with the ability to glean insights and take swift action. Strong communication and motivational skills to engage with team members and leadership alike. Creative problem-solver open to testing new sales methods and approaches. High energy, self-starter mentality with relentless drive to hit the numbers.
