Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Generate new business leads for packaging and warehousing services
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing negotiations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track sales performance and maintain accurate sales records
Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled
Client Coordination & Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand customer storage, packaging, and logistics needs
Ensure timely communication and resolution of client issues
Support renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Warehouse & Administrative Support (Day-to-Day)
Assist in daily warehouse administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate order processing, dispatch schedules, and inventory documentation
Support preparation and verification of invoices, delivery notes, and basic MIS reports
Liaise with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Maintain records related to stock movement, client orders, and service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (B2B preferred), ideally in warehousing, logistics, packaging, or related industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask between sales and operational responsibilities
Comfortable working in an office and warehouse-linked environment
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic reporting
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in packaging, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain services
Experience handling key accounts or industrial clients
Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse management processes
Support internal coordination between sales, warehouse, and accounts teams
