THE POSITION (110-140K + Plus Bonus)
ATTA Elevators is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager. The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met and that representatives are supported, coached, and equipped for success. This role leads strategic sales initiatives, monitors key performance metrics, and maintains strong customer relationships while fostering a collaborative, high?performing team environment. The Sales Manager also works closely with cross?functional departments to align sales efforts with organizational goals and ensure a consistent, customer?focused approach.
The Sales Manager will always be professional and presentable with the understanding they are a representative of ATTA Elevators and have a responsibility to uphold and maintain that image to the best of their abilities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and support Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular performance check?ins, provide coaching, and support professional development.
Oversee territory assignments, lead distribution, and workload balancing.
Participate in and contribute to sales meetings, providing updates on team performance and market conditions.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market presence.
Identify potential clients and key decision?makers to initiate the sales process.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with ATTA Elevators' services.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Conduct walkthroughs for Maintenance and Modernization surveys when required.
Emphasize product and service features, prepare quotes, and manage the full sales order process.
Handle cancellations or changes to sales orders and communicate updates to relevant departments.
Maintain and expand the organization's prospect database.
Cross?Functional Collaboration
Work collaboratively with inside sales, end?user channels, transactional channels, service teams, and other internal partners to support strategy and execution.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure order status updates and delivery commitments are met.
Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and timely follow?up on leads.
Support Sales Representatives with escalated client issues or complex negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze sales metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Report on sales forecasts, market conditions, and team performance to leadership.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in CRM and other sales systems.
Training & Development
Participate in training sessions, meetings, and professional development activities.
Ensure the sales team remains knowledgeable about ATTA Elevators' technical and commercial offerings.
Other Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to refine strategic sales approaches.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
Education & Experience
Post?secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role overseeing sales teams.
Experience in B2B sales, service?based industries, or technical sales is an asset.
Familiarity with elevator industry products or building services is an advantage (optional based on your needs).
