The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, an established network with food industry head offices, and a proven track record in managing broker relationships. This individual will play a key role in managing and growing our sales efforts, working collaboratively with various departments, and ensuring continued success in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute sales strategies to exceed targets.
Manage and support brokers to ensure strong market representation.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
Identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven market plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Management teams.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Use SAP and analytics to track performance and forecast trends.
What You Bring:
10+ years of sales experience in the food service.
Experience in retail sales (CPG) is an asset.
Proven success in regional or national sales leadership.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in SAP or similar systems.
A growth mindset and passion for achieving results.
Ability to travel within Canada as required.
