The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Consultants
Driving sales performance through training, accountability, and engagement
Ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every step of the process
Maintaining high ethical standards and a professional sales environment
Working closely with senior leadership to execute dealership objectives
You will guide your team to success while protecting the trust and reputation we have built in our community.
Who We're Looking For

Minimum 3+ years of automotive experience in a leadership role is required
A proven track record of results in automotive sales management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Competitive, driven, and highly engaged
A commitment to honesty, integrity, and customer-focused selling
