Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and onboard
new sales representatives.
Develop and implement
comprehensive training programs to equip reps with the skills they need to succeed in a door-to-door sales environment.
Provide ongoing coaching
and mentorship to improve individual and team performance.
Set clear sales goals
and monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead daily meetings
to motivate the team, review results, and address challenges.
Analyze sales data
to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance
with all company policies and sales regulations.
Lead by example
by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales management or team lead role, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.
A track record of successfully hiring, training, and managing high-performing sales teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
