Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales and sales management, with the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and team members. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring the team meets its targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all leads are followed up promptly and effectively. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve individual targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Communicate regularly with team members to provide updates on sales performance and market conditions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Provide exceptional sales support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Utilize strong math skills to analyze sales data and forecast future performance.

Experience

Atleast 5 experience in retail sales or a similar role is essential. Strong background in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM tools is preferred.
