About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for driving total dealership sales performance, including new vehicles, used vehicles, and F&I results. You'll be on the floor coaching your team, structuring deals, and ensuring every guest feels the Bennett difference. We're seeking a driven professional who can inspire accountability, maintain a high-performing culture, and confidently lead the team toward achieving both volume and customer satisfaction goals.

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve volume, gross, and CSI targets
Desk and structure deals to support your team in closing effectively and profitably
Be an active leader on the floor, jumping in for TOs and mentoring through real-time selling situations
Create a positive, high-performance culture with daily goal setting, recognition, and accountability
Support inventory flow, digital merchandising, and showroom presentation to stay competitive
Monitor team performance metrics, identify gaps, and take immediate action
Collaborate with Finance, Service, and other departments to ensure a seamless, guest-first experience
Recruit and develop sales talent with a focus on coaching, career growth, and retention
Uphold and reinforce company policies, safety standards, and customer service best practices

What You Bring to the Table:
3+ years of experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a floor management or desking role
Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment
Exceptional deal-structuring, closing, and sales process coaching skills
Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital retailing, and dealership KPIs
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership presence on the floor
Organized, detail-oriented, and driven by both team success and customer satisfaction
