Belleville Toyota is a family run dealership and is one of the top dealerships for sales volume. We are looking for a leader to join our successful sales team. At Belleville Toyota, our Sales Management Team is responsible for building, supporting and mentoring a team of sales consultants that can achieve sales and revenue growth expectations along with providing a high standard of customer service.


The ideal candidate is passionate about the automotive business as well as taking ownership of daily challenges.


As

Sales Manager

your responsibilities will include:

Motivating, inspiring and leading the sales department Recruiting, overseeing and training sales consultants through the sales process Coaching sales team on best practices and providing advice and guidance to improve sales performance Completing team member performance reviews Oversee all activities occurring in showroom Manage & monitor daily traffic reporting Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with sales staff Develop and manage a guest retention process and seek out new prospective sales Proactively planning and organizing daily departmental targets to achieve monthly sales targets Taking ownership of guest experience Being a role model of the Belleville Toyota company culture

Qualifications:

5 or more years experience in a sales and/ or management role College diploma or University degree (an asset) Experience with CRM tool Proven ability to take on challenges with a positive mindset Superior communication skills Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail Valid OMVIC license


We offer a competitive compensation plan along with group benefit program. Successful applicants can expect to earn between $125,000 and $175,000 depending upon previous experience and job performance.
