Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team of volounteers and paid staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, with a proven track record of developing effective sales strategies and managing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Establish long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. Track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports for the board of directors on performance metrics. Outstanding communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive organizational success.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
