Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our kitchen and countertop retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales expertise, and the ability to manage store operations effectively.

Key Requirements

Customer Relations & Sales

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Assist customers in selecting the best kitchen and countertop solutions to meet their individual requirements. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and efficiency. Promote a customer-centric culture within the store. Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Mathematical & Analytical Skills

Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, and multiplication for: Calculating project costs and material quantities Processing transactions and managing cash handling Analyzing sales figures and commission calculations Estimating measurements and square footage for countertop installations Ability to work with measurements and perform quick mental math for customer quotes.
Store Operations

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ensure store maintenance and cleanliness at all times.
Bonus Skills

Interior design knowledge Digital marketing experience General marketing background
