Job Description
Duties:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Assist customers in selecting the best kitchen and countertop solutions to meet their individual requirements. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and efficiency. Promote a customer-centric culture within the store.
Store Operations:
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques Exceptional organizational and time management skills Store maintenance and cleanliness is a must
