The Opportunity
This is a senior sales leadership role for a
builder with bite
-- someone who knows how to take a great team and scale it with systems, structure, and consistency.
You'll lead our Residential, Commercial, and Contract divisions, supported by strong marketing and operations teams that deliver what they promise.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Build scalable systems for forecasting, accountability, and performance
Drive profitable growth while protecting margin and culture
Partner with Marketing and Operations to improve conversion and ticket size
Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales professionals
Contribute as a key member of the Leadership Team, shaping Canadoor's growth strategy

Who You Are
You're both a
hunter and a builder
-- competitive and driven, but mature enough to scale a team the right way.
You've already led and grown multi-million-dollar sales teams, and you know how to coach for performance, clarity, and accountability.
You bring:
8+ years of B2B, service, or construction industry sales leadership
A track record of delivering revenue and margin growth
Mastery of forecasting, CRM discipline, and KPI management
A coaching mindset with contagious positivity and presence
Strategic thinking grounded in integrity and professionalism
You care about the work, the people, and the pride that comes from doing it right.

Compensation & Growth Package
We believe in rewarding leadership fairly, transparently, and with real upside.
Total Earning Potential:
$150,000-$175,000 On-Target Earnings (up to $190,000 with incentives)
Here's how it breaks down:
Base Salary:
$100,000-$110,000
Monthly Performance Bonus:
$45,000-$55,000 annually (based on clear KPIs -- revenue, margin, close rate, and team development)
Stretch Bonus:
Up to $20,000 per year for 120%+ achievement
Long-Term Growth Bonus:
$75,000-$90,000 one-time payout when Canadoor reaches $20M in annual revenue
