Riverbend Co-op is hiring a Sales Manager, Agriculture on a permanent basis to expand our Grow team in Broderick, Saskatchewan.   • Lead the crop input sales team as well as work closely with farming clients in providing a variety of farm related services and products.
  • Lead the team to become the customers trusted advisor for their operations around our products and services including but not limited to Crop Protection, Agronomy and Fertilizer
  • Be responsible for inventory, procurement, forecasting and pricing.
  • Ensure the team can market and distribute Grow Team products to new and existing customers.
  • Develop relationships with manufacturing representatives.
  • Adapt to changing market conditions and grower needs while communicating regularly with both producers and the Grow Team professionals.
  • Assist in administering and carrying out an extensive on-farm contact programs and maintain detailed records.

  • Education in Agriculture or related field is an asset.
  • Experience in Sales/Account Management, preferably with Agro background
  • Able to lead and direct a team to success.
  • Have a strong understanding of sales and pricing.
  • Must have a valid Class 5 driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
