Deliver outstanding customer service by showcasing comprehensive product expertise, responding to queries, and offering test drives with honesty and integrity.
Assist customers throughout the sales journey, including vehicle choice, trade-in assessments, and financing alternatives. Familiarity with current inventory and the capacity to procure from other dealerships is required.
Work in tandem with the sales group and management to meet personal and dealership objectives.
Keep abreast of industry developments, promotions, and product information to provide clients with accurate details.
Keep precise client records and ensure prompt follow-up to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Demonstrated sales experience in the automotive sector (or a similar customer-facing sales role).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a dedication to customer service.
Robust negotiation and closing skills with a goal-driven attitude.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is beneficial.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, along with an OMVIC license (or the ability to obtain one), are required.
