The Job:

As the Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of sales professionals focused on driving revenue growth within the industrial and automotive sectors.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management Identify market trends and customer needs to capitalize on new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Person:

We're seeking a results-oriented sales leader with a strong background in industrial or auction-related sales. The ideal candidate brings strategic focus, excellent team leadership skills, and a proven ability to build client relationships and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements:

Valid Driver's Licence Must be able to successfully obtain Ontario Motor Vehicle Dealer License Proven experience in industrial sales, with a track record of managing a successful sales team. Extensive leadership experience in the auction industry or related sectors (e.g., automotive, heavy equipment, industrial assets, construction or agriculture.) Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to asset sales and auctions. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
