Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive sales growth and contribute to our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a keen understanding of technology sales and market dynamics.

Duties

Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets. Utilize various tools and platforms, to manage lead data effectively. Engage with prospects through calls, emails, social media, canvassing to generate interest in our products and services. Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential fit for our offerings. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.

Experience

No previous experience is required as training will be provided. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a sales-related field is highly desirable. Strong understanding of inside sales processes and techniques. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully with prospects at various levels of an organization. Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
