We are currently seeking a motivated
Automotive Sales Professional
who thrives on building relationships, understands the value of follow-up, and takes ownership of their business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right vehicle, not just a vehicle.
What You'll Do:
Represent Melody Ford as a trusted automotive expert and community ambassador
Actively manage and respond to all incoming leads promptly and professionally
Prospect and engage customers using our established database and online platforms
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, from needs analysis to delivery
Maintain strong follow-up and customer retention practices
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to problem-solve and think creatively for customers
A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage personal sales goals
Commitment to exceptional customer service
Confidence in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to contribute to growth and profitability
Skills & Experience:
Comfortable working with computers (MS Word, Excel, CRM tools)
Post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in automotive sales, internet/phone sales, or finance is an asset
