Sales / Key Account Manager / Business Development
professional to join our growing team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand NTE's electrical and automation service business in the
pulp & paper, packaging, heavy manufacturing, and renewable/power generation sectors
.
Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts.
Promote NTE's capabilities in
industrial automation, servo motor repair, AC/DC motor services, control system upgrades, and preventive maintenance
.
Work closely with engineering and service teams to prepare
technical proposals, quotations, and service contracts
tailored to customer requirements.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand plant operations, identify challenges, and recommend cost-effective technical solutions.
Monitor
market trends, customer projects, and competitor activities
to identify emerging opportunities.
Manage the
sales pipeline and forecasting
, ensuring alignment with company goals and targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure
timely project delivery, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support
.
Represent NTE at
industry events, trade shows, and technical meetings
to strengthen brand awareness.
Prepare regular
sales reports, customer updates, and performance reviews
for management.
Experience and Qualifications
:
Diploma or degree
in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
Commercial experience:
3-5 years in technical sales, key account management, or business development within industrial, automation, or electrical service sectors.
Solid understanding of
industrial automation systems, servo motors, AC/DC motors, control panels, and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
.
Proven track record of
building and maintaining customer relationships
within
pulp & paper, heavy manufacturing, or power generation industries
.
Strong ability to
translate technical service capabilities into clear business value propositions
.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven
, with the ability to work both
independently and collaboratively
in a team environment.
