The Headlines:
As a Sales Intern – Customer Solutions you will be part of our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns. The internship is a full-time summer position from May 8 - August 11 (Canada interns) and May 31 - August 11 (U.S. interns).


Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Applicants must be an undergraduate student (enrolled in undergraduate courses), during the summer internship, to participate in the Early Talent Program. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation.


You will gain hands-on experience and work closely with our regional and national teams in a variety of areas. Gained experience will include, but not limited to, brand activation, customer solutions, field sales and sponsorship & events. You will be part of the Canada Commercial team in Halifax within our Early Talent Program.


The Responsibilities:

  • Live and breathe our company culture and represent Molson Coors Canada You will represent some of Canada’s most well recognized brands!
  • Develop knowledge and experience on the Atlantic retail landscape and the various retail channels to enable brilliant execution of retail programming.
  • Assist Customer Solutions Managers and Key Account Managers as needed with customer presentations and projects.
  • Collaborate within many different areas of the business such as sales, marketing, brand activation, social media & events.
  • Support new product launch plans, design and execute retail programming, design point of sale materials and other selling materials.
  • Assist sales team in planning and execution of events.
  • Help to manage and deploy our team of brand ambassador team throughout the summer
  • Hands on support for field sales across many functions



The Other Qualifications:
  • You are a full-time student in an undergraduate program and have completed your second year of program studies. Other years are open for application
  • You demonstrate initiative, and possess sound organizational and priority management skills
  • You are a self-starter able to adapt readily to change and new working environments
  • You enjoy working as a team and generating ideas
  • Solid Microsoft Proficiency or willingness to pro-actively learn – PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Calendar Management
  • You have a valid driver’s license with no limitations/restrictions. You will be required to provide a recent copy of a Driver’s Abstract
  • You have the ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends for sponsorship & events
  • You are involved in extracurricular activities
