Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct complex data analysis and modeling using statistical tools and methods, providing actionable recommendations to support sales strategies and goals
Enhance sales reporting and data infrastructure by designing user-friendly dashboards, automating data collection processes, and ensuring data accuracy
Deliver presentations to Sales Management and cross-functional teams, using Sales Revenue Data to highlight key performance indicators and collaborate on strategies and goals
Facilitate sales-related communications and information sharing across departments by coordinating sales meetings, maintaining sales calendar, and supporting sales-related events
Assist with Sales compensation and incentive plan administration, ensuring effective motivation of the Sales team by analyzing performance metrics, recommending changes to compensation plans, and providing guidance on incentive plan policies and procedures
