Summary

We are looking for a Sales Incentive & Operations Analyst to lead the development and optimization of sales programs, processes, and systems, incorporating changing business needs within annual sales operations activities such as territory planning, quota setting, and sales incentive administration. This role requires proficiency in complex analytics requests, as well as strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with Sales Management globally. Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct complex data analysis and modeling using statistical tools and methods, providing actionable recommendations to support sales strategies and goals

Enhance sales reporting and data infrastructure by designing user-friendly dashboards, automating data collection processes, and ensuring data accuracy

Deliver presentations to Sales Management and cross-functional teams, using Sales Revenue Data to highlight key performance indicators and collaborate on strategies and goals

Facilitate sales-related communications and information sharing across departments by coordinating sales meetings, maintaining sales calendar, and supporting sales-related events

Assist with Sales compensation and incentive plan administration, ensuring effective motivation of the Sales team by analyzing performance metrics, recommending changes to compensation plans, and providing guidance on incentive plan policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the Sales/Revenue Operations domain
Proficiency in critical thinking, data modeling, and strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex outcomes and insights from analyses to diverse audiences

Prior experience with Sales Performance Management software is highly desirable

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in manipulating large datasets using Excel and/or Database Management tools such as Tableau and Snowflake

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working cross functionally
