Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate leads TAC Security's sales efforts in North America, is responsible for revenue targets across AASA, ioxt, and SOCify, builds the regional sales team, manages key enterprise accounts, and drives strategic partnerships to expand our footprint in the cybersecurity SaaS market.
Responsibilities
Own overall revenue targets for Canada & North America.
Build and manage a local sales team (BDs & Account Managers).
Develop go-to-market strategies for AASA, ioxt, and SOCify.
Drive enterprise-level partnerships and alliances.
Represent TAC Security at major North American conferences/events.
Report sales forecasts and progress to global leadership.
Requirements
6+ years' experience in B2B SaaS/cybersecurity enterprise sales.
Proven track record of hitting multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
Leadership experience managing a sales team.
Strong network in enterprise & government sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
