Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Floor Manager
to lead our dynamic sales team. As Floor Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our showroom floor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Ensure an outstanding customer experience from initial contact to final sale
Manage daily floor operations, including staff scheduling, coverage, and lead assignment
Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance development
Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, closing ratios, CSI scores)
Work closely with the General Sales Manager and other department heads
Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally when escalated
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals
Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
OMVIC Certification (or willingness to obtain)
