Job Description

Ella Grace Marketplace is looking for an energetic part time sales floor associate with an emphasis on driving sales revenue. You may be occasionally working off-site at a market, trade-show, or packing up recently acquired items to be brought to the store.

The ideal candidate is already familiar with or is excited to join the vintage industry. You will need need flexible weekend availability. Our workplace is a very fast paced environment - it changes a lot and day to day duties can change in reaction to newly arisen circumstances. We create a warm, welcoming environment for staff and customers, and you will see returning customers often; crafting and fostering those personal relationships is an important part of this role. We are looking for someone with demonstrated leadership skills, and previous management experience will be a strong asset.

The shifts range from 4 to 8 hours, and you will occasionally be team lifting furniture as part of beautifying the store.
