Who are you?

SiftMed is looking for a driven and proactive sales professional to help expand our reach and scale in new markets. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in sales, especially in the start-up ecosystem, who is eager to refine sales processes and contribute to growth. The ideal candidate has experience working with data, tackling sales challenges, and finding creative solutions to meet customer needs. You'll be part of a team that is shaping the future of our product offerings, and we're looking for someone ready to help take us to the next level.



What you will be doing:



Sales Strategy: Develop and refine sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This includes identifying target markets, key customer segments, and adjusting pricing strategies. Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Business Development team to conduct outbound lead generation campaigns. Revenue Growth: Work towards setting and meeting revenue targets. Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure growth. Customer Acquisition: Help create and implement strategies for attracting new customers and expanding our market presence. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to ensure your approach is always data-driven and up to date. Reporting and Analytics: Use reporting tools and analytics to track sales performance, making sure to share actionable insights with the leadership team.

Pre-requisites:



Some experience working in early-stage start-up sales with complex sales cycles. Familiar with developing sales pipelines and processes, even if you haven't built them from scratch. Experience in handling net new sales, from initial outreach to contract closure. Comfortable with pipeline management and streamlining sales processes. Sales forecasting, tracking, and planning experience. Problem-solving mindset, able to work through challenges during the sales cycle. Background in selling SaaS products or similar. Experience meeting sales quotas and motivated to exceed targets. Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met and roadblocks are identified. Strong attention to detail, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proven ability to build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.

Considered an Asset:



Knowledge of the medical, insurance, or legal industries. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
