We're looking for a

driven, entrepreneurial Sales Executive

to help us expand our footprint and connect more clients to our services.

Role Overview

This is a role for someone who wants freedom, responsibility, and unlimited earning potential.
You'll be the face of Sigma, prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with clients across commercial, industrial, residential, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads through calls, emails, site visits, and networking Build and maintain relationships with property managers, business owners, and developers Present Sigma's service packages (Mobile Patrol, On-site guards, Event Security) confidently and professionally Follow up and close deals Maintain your sales pipeline and report weekly progress to management

Skills & Qualifications

Proven ability to sell services or products (2+ years in sales preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Confident in cold outreach (phone, email, or in-person) Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven Have access to a vehicle for client meetings (preferred but not mandatory) Familiarity with real estate, property management, or construction industries is an asset
