A growth focused sales professional who has successfully created positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You know \xe2\x80\x93 and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by using a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies.The work:\xc2\xb7 Drive end-to-end sales of Oracle implementation opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.\xc2\xb7 Interacts with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determines pursuit strategies, develops client messaging plans and relationships, and applies industry-leading Cloud transformation strategies and practices.\xc2\xb7 Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.\xc2\xb7 Operates within large teams and directs specific team sales activities.\xc2\xb7 Flexibility to travel.Here\'s what you need:\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience originating and closing deals in the professional services space specifically focused on Oracle Consulting Services\xc2\xb7 Deep understanding of Oracle platform architecture\xc2\xb7 Experience in helping clients implement Oracle in an Enterprise context.\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 Sales Pursuit experience\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in direct sales with quota of $10M+Bonus points if you have:\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing cloud migration, modernization, cloud native development or cloud managed services.\xc2\xb7 Handled the full sales cycle \xe2\x80\x93 from origination to contract closure.\xc2\xb7 Sold Integrated Deals encompassing Application, Infrastructure and Security operations.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Product based Service Delivery Model \xe2\x80\x93 new ways of delivering operational services.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Creative deal shapes e.g. Managed Serviced deal that has embedded cloud cost optimization, network modernization\xc2\xb7 Strong pricing acumen and competitive benchmarks at market level\xc2\xb7 Prior experience of Data center consolidation, leasing, asset buy back models\xc2\xb7 Industry experience in State & Local Government, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Banking, Insurance,\xc2\xb7 Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated commitment, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.\xc2\xb7 High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.\xc2\xb7 Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility and character.What\xe2\x80\x99s in it for you?\xc2\xb7 You will be part of a diverse, vibrant, global Accenture community; teams pushing the boundaries of new business capabilities and emerging technologies and services, sharing their experiences and lessons learned with each other.
