What You'll Do:
- Develop and grow regional accounts, identifying new business opportunities in security solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and exceed annual sales targets.
- Present and cross-sell Gunnebo's full product portfolio to meet client security, operational, and financial needs.
- Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring best-in-class customer service.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
What You Bring:
- A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new opportunities.
- Experience in the security industry, including
architectural hardware, high-security locks, locksmithing services, and secure storage solutions.
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand and solve client challenges. A strong network in commercial properties and institutional markets.
- Excellent relationship-building, prospecting, and networking skills.
- Business acumen to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
