The Role of a Sales Executive at C-Therm
This is a
specialized outbound role
within a team-based sales function. Unlike traditional sales positions that combine prospecting, closing, and account management, this role focuses
exclusively on high-velocity outbound engagement
. You will:
Execute structured campaigns designed by the marketing team.
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients.
Engage in meaningful conversations that introduce C-Therm's value proposition and generate qualified opportunities.
Collaborate with in-house subject matter experts (scientists and engineers) who will support technical discussions and solution scoping.
Contribute to a
team-based performance model
--your success is measured by how well the entire team delivers results, not by individual commissions.
This role is
office-based in Fredericton, NB
, with no travel requirements.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
At least
1 year of sales or customer service experience
(call center background is a plus).
A competitive spirit, balanced with a strong belief in teamwork--you measure success by the collective win.
Natural persuasiveness--you are confident on the phone, articulate ideas clearly, and leave a lasting impression.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Chemistry, Engineering, etc.) is an asset, but not required.
Multilingual ability is an advantage.
