Job Description
Young Yard Pro is looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Estimator to help spread the word about our lawn care and yard maintenance services. In this role, you'll generate interest, share information, and help connect homeowners with our team. If you enjoy meeting new people, spending time outdoors, and representing a growing local brand, this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Walk designated neighborhoods to promote Young Yard Pro's yard and lawn care services. Present and explain our services in a friendly, approachable, and engaging way. Answer questions and address any concerns from potential customers. Collect lead information and help set up appointments for our service team. Meet performance goals and track daily/weekly results.

No prior sales or canvassing experience required (but helpful!). Strong communication and people skills. Positive, self-motivated attitude. Comfortable working independently and speaking with homeowners. Reliable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Pay: $17.60-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
Work Location: In person
