Sales & Estimating Manager - Roofing & Waterproofing

Location: Surrey Office - 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC V3Z 1A5

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite

Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year


Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday



Reports To: Senior Vice President - Western Region

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales & Estimating Manager to join our Roofing department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and wants to make a direct impact on both client satisfaction and company growth.

What You'll Do

Track active bids and actively pursue the "

CLOSE

" (award) of projects. Lead the sales and estimating team for roofing and waterproofing projects, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction Oversee the preparation of accurate and competitive estimates, budgets, and proposals specifically for roofing and building envelope projects Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants within the roofing and construction industry Identify new business opportunities in the roofing market and develop strategies to expand market share Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of roofing and waterproofing projects Monitor sales performance metrics and report results to senior leadership Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for your team in roofing and estimating practices Ensure compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and safety protocols in all roofing and waterproofing activities

What You Bring to the Team

3 - 5 years of proven experience in sales and estimating within the commercial roofing or construction industry Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset Strong knowledge of roofing and waterproofing systems, materials, and construction processes Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
