As we scale, we're seeking a Sales & Estimating Coordinator to elevate sales performance and ensure estimates are accurate, consistent, and profitable across our network.
About the Role
This position plays a pivotal role in boosting sales outcomes, improving lead conversion, and guiding both new and experienced franchise partners in best practices for estimating. Acting as a trainer, coach, and strategist, you'll collaborate closely with our head office and franchise locations to maintain consistency in how we present, price, and sell our services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching to franchise partners and sales teams to improve conversion rates, closing effectiveness, and overall customer experience.
  • Deliver training on estimating practices to ensure accuracy, profitability, and competitive pricing.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of in-home sales presentations to build trust and increase close rates.
  • Oversee and encourage CRM adoption for managing leads, pipeline visibility, and sales performance tracking.
  • Share and implement proven lead conversion strategies across multiple locations for better alignment and results.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance project revenue.
  • Work with operations and marketing teams to ensure strong coordination between sales, estimating, and project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, coaching, or estimating training (construction or home improvement experience strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Solid understanding of sales workflows, pricing strategies, and margin management.
  • Track record of delivering impactful coaching and training to teams or individuals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and using data to drive sales decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate.
  • Strong analytical abilities for evaluating estimates, pricing models, and performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
