Sales Entry PositionAs a Life Insurance Sales and Business Development professional, your primary duty will be to engage with potential clients who have been identified through leads provided by our organization. Your role will involve presenting life insurance programs with clarity and precision, ensuring that each client is informed and protected according to their unique needs.Your task is straightforward yet profound: to meet with at least four clients each day, to listen, to understand, and to enroll them in the life insurance plans that best serve their circumstances. The expectation is simple but non-negotiable\xe2\x80\x94enroll at least one client daily. This is not a role for the indifferent; it is for those who take their responsibilities seriously and understand the impact of their work.Compensation Structure:Compensation for this role is transparent and merit-based. We offer two contracts: * Personal Production Contract: You will receive a commission of 50-60% on each sale. With an average sale of $1,200, this results in a $600 commission per sale.
